AT-HOME PD is a collaboration between the Massachusetts General Hospital, Northwestern University, Sage Bionetworks, the University of Rochester, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

We are seeking to establish and implement an infrastructure for longitudinal remote follow-up of clinical trial cohorts, and test novel technologies like smartphones against traditional clinical assessments.
