What do I need to participate?
Technical Requirements
A computer with a webcam, a smartphone (iPhone or Android), or a tablet, and access to the Internet.
A smartphone with a data-plan or Wi-Fi capability.
Personal Requirements
Completed either STEADY-PD III or SURE-PD3.
Consented to a future contact registry through the University of Rochester.
Created, or willing to create, a Global Unique Identifier (GUID), an NIH initiative to link your non-identifying information across studies. For more information, please visit: https://data-archive.nimh.nih.gov/guid .
